5. Buffet Tricks - Use a small plate, don't
stack food, go healthy, fresh. Fruits and
vegetables, fish. Be wary of unknown ingredients.
6. Limit Drinking Alcohol - It can confuse
you and you may end up eating more than you want.
Always include water, drink a glass of water in
between alcohol drinks.
